Easter...5 weeks later!

We had such a great Easter so I couldn't not blog about it just because I'm 5 weeks late! We were invited by some friends of ours to go about 45 minutes out of town and have a big bon-fire with foil dinners and roast some marshmallows. The kids got to run and play with friends and enjoy sitting by the fire.

Khloe...right before that marshmallow hit the fire and burnt to a crisp.

The next morning we went back out to the same spot and went for an AMAZING hike looking for Easter Eggs. It was an absolute awesome hike!

It took about 2 hours to hike the whole way and this is how we were most the time...


Most spots us adults had to pass the kids one by one because of how steep it was.


At this spot everyone had to be put down this hole to keep hiking...yes even us adults! Wayyyy fun!

Once we got down to the bottom of the canyon there were a bunch of 4-wheelers that brought everybody back up to the top. We will definitely be doing that one again!

Then the next day...The Easter Bunny came and left little hints to help each kid find their basket...

We also did some yummy Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast!

It was a wonderful and very busy weekend filled with lots and lots of memories!
