So much to be Thankful for!

I have so much to be thankful for, its difficult to put into words. Our family has been so blessed!

I wasn't too excited for Thanksgiving this year because Kevin had to work but at the same time I didn't want to take tradition away from the kids. I was invited to join my sister-in-law Brittany's family for dinner and was truly greatful that I didn't have to cook it all myself or hit up the local Golden Corral! Then this morning we found out that Kev didn't have to leave for work until 4 which meant he had time to join us!!!

We had a wonderful, delicious dinner with everything and anything you could think of! I had my amazing husband who I'm about to celebrate our 7th Wedding anniversary with, my beautiful 4 children who are my life, and for the first time since I was a teenager got to spend Thanksgiving with my big brother, Tim and his gorgeous family!

Khloe lounging with a full belly and enjoying some football.

We ate at Brittany's Grandmother house and they actually had real turkey running around.

The kids playing outside.

There was a moment we were all sitting around visiting and I looked around and (very discretely) got a little emotional. I was overwhelmed with the feeling of happiness to see my kids laughing and playing, my husband by my side and family making memories.

In a way it was almost surreal that I was here in Vernal. I thought about the events that have happened not only within the past few months but the past few years. We're making Vernal our home and its exciting, and crazy how things just fall into place! I'm so greatful for Kevin, for my kids, our family here and across the country, our home that keeps us safe and warm, and love and laughter that fills each day. And, lately the biggest for me is our Heavenly Father who continues to see our needs and watches over us and our loved ones. I'm thankful He's there to comfort me in times of stress and fear and that I can go to him anytime to thank him for the blessings and priceless treasures he has given me!!

After much long-windedness...Happy Thanksgiving! I hope this day brought you joy, love and laughter where every you may be!

It's great seeing all the kids playing together.
There is a lot of things to be thankful for as you mentioned. I am thankful for all of my children and grandchildren. I'm thankful you all have a good job and nice place to live. Know that I love you all! Happy Thanksgiving!
